How can the legal or official documentation obligation be secured in agile QM? How can flexibility and "trial and error" ensure that a goal is achieved within the given time, quality and budget? Welcome change and do not give up too soon, agile is simple but not easy and requests discipline. Ensure that the environment fits to the approach (see agile fit checklist ). Participation in meetings especially stakeholders in review create a lot of value. Do not tailor at the beginning, start with the recommended setup and do the tailoring after some sprints. The board is a nice tool to picture progress, use it! Do not be lazy, meet up in your room and spend as much time as possible as a team. Too many changes from outside kill the method, explain your stakeholders how they can bring their tasks in a sprint. The moderation is one key to a successful method application. Be confident as a moderator and insist on the pre-described meeting agenda. The team will value this after some time. Focus on the time, agile is about timeboxing. Once the team decided on a fitting timebox for all meetings try to stick to it. Listen to the team, open feedback is important and ensures commitment.
